Responsabilités

• Coordinates patient care and facilitates group therapy.
• Supervises patients during program hours and maintains safety.
• Establishes relationships with patients, physicians, and referral sources.
• Co-facilitates groups and assists in treatment planning and education.
• Documents treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge planning.
• Communicates treatment concerns to Nurses and Physicians daily.
