Job summary

Atrium Health Floyd is seeking a Behavioral Health Program Manager to lead the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Assessment Department (ER & Onsite), and Inpatient Therapy team. This role provides operational oversight, clinical leadership, and program coordination across multiple levels of behavioral health care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of clinical expertise, leadership experience, and operational knowledge in behavior health settings, with excellent communication

Qualifications

Requires a master’s degree in social work, psychology or related field.
Candidate must hold Georgia licensure such as LCSW, LPC (or LMFT) per state.
Minimum of 5 years in behavioral health with at least 1 year in supervision.

Responsibilities

Oversee program operations across PHP, ER/on-site, and inpatient therapy teams.
Develop treatment protocols and assess outcome studies for program effectiveness.
Ensure regulatory compliance with JCAHO and state requirements; participate in policy development.
Manage human resources activities: hiring, staff development, and performance evaluations.
Develop and monitor operating and capital budgets within approved objectives.
