Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional for the Adult PHP. The role requires a Master’s degree in counseling or related field and Georgia licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMSW/LMFT) with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, group therapy, and discharge planning. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a pay range of $28.55–$42.85 per hour.

Qualifications

• Licensed by the state of Georgia (LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT).
• Master's degree in counseling or related field from an accredited institute.
• At least 1 year related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and facilitate group therapy.
• Supervise patients during program hours.
• Develop programming and therapeutic treatment for identified patients.
• Establish relationships with patients and referral sources.
• Co-facilitate psychoeducational groups.
• Assist in meal preparation and service with patients.
• Collaborate with Program Manager on program development.
