Atrium Health Floyd seeks a Behavioral Health Program Manager to lead the PHP, ER/Onsite, and Inpatient Therapy teams. This role provides operational oversight, clinical leadership, and program coordination across Floyd locations, with strong emphasis on communication and teamwork.

The ideal candidate brings clinical leadership experience, licensure in GA, and a track record of improving program effectiveness within behavioral health settings. Expect travel to Floyd locations as needed.

Formación

• Master-level social work or psychology degree or equivalent required.
• Licensed clinical social work, counseling, or related Georgia licensure preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of behavioral health treatment delivery experience.
• Supervisory experience in budgets, staff, and program management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational oversight for PHP, ER/Onsite, and inpatient therapy teams.
• Develop protocols, monitor outcomes, and revise curricula for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and accreditation standards.
• Lead cross-location teams and coordinate with regional counterparts.
• Oversee human resources activities including hiring, evaluations, and morale.
