• Synthesizes information to create discharge-ready treatment programs.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Communicates with physicians, family, and clinical staff about patient progress.
• Coordinates schedules and treatment programs and discharge planning.
• Provides supervision of PTA's and Rehab Tech/Aide as required.
