Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to collaborate in a team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and determine mobility and functional status.
• Develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Raintree.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation and home programs.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and stay updated on best practices.
