Qualifications

• Associate degree as Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a PTA.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with patients and guide therapeutic exercises as prescribed.
• Assist therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercises, modalities, and education.
• Document patient progress during sessions using the clinic system.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and pain management.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, quality care.
