Job summary

Golden Bear Physical Therapy seeks an Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dedicated team in California. This role supports licensed therapists, conducts therapeutic exercises, and helps develop treatment plans while maintaining patient education and safety.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• ,
• Current state licensure or eligibility.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Patient FollowUp: Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as instructed by the physical therapist.
• We will include a variety of responsibilities from the ad.
• Treatment Planning: Assist therapists in developing and implementing patient plans.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Implement manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Documentation: Use Raintree, monitor and document patient progress while reporting changes.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and families on exercises and care plans.
