Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and education.
• Document patient progress and outcomes using Raintree according to clinic policies.
• Educate patients and families about rehab processes and home programs.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on patient response.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and best practices in physical therapy.
