Job summary

Golden Bear Physical Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, has been the premier provider for outpatient orthopedics in the Central Valley for over 40 years. We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team and help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, implement interventions, and monitor progress in an evidence-based outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Commitment to exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Patient Evaluation: Assess patients' physical status, mobility, and function.
• Treatment Planning: Create individualized plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Implement manual therapy, exercises, modalities, and education.
• Documentation: Use Raintree to document progress and outcomes in accordance with policies.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and families on rehab processes and home programs.
• Progress Monitoring: Reassess and adjust plans as needed.
• Professional Development: Stay updated with current research and practices.
