Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Patient Evaluation: conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Treatment Planning: develop individualized plans based on evaluations and goals, considering evidence-based practices.
• Therapeutic Interventions: implement manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Documentation: use Raintree to document patient progress accurately and timely.
• Patient Education: educate patients and families about rehabilitation and home programs.
• Progress Monitoring: regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on progress and feedback.
• Professional Development: stay updated on research and best practices through continuing education.
