Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist for a full-time, day-shift role in the Cayuga/ Montour Falls area of New York. You will provide hands-on rehabilitation in an outpatient clinic and work with a dedicated rehabilitation team to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
• Must hold or be eligible for a valid NY Physical Therapist license at hire.
• DPT from an accredited program required.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and education.
• Educate patients on exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team for patient‑centered care.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet rehabilitation goals.
• Document plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries per policy.
• Maintain infection control and safe treatment environment.
