Job summary

Mercy Health Center seeks a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans for adults and geriatric patients. Under supervision, you will oversee patients and provide guidance to rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants in line with the Oklahoma Practice Act.

Requirements include an Oklahoma Physical Therapy license (or registry eligible), a DPT/MSPT, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma license of Physical Therapy or registry eligible.
• Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification; required certifications must be current before caring for patients independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Direct supervision of patients; indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians.
• General supervision of PT assistants in accordance with Oklahoma Practice Act.
