Mercy Health Center is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to assess and design comprehensive therapy plans for adult and geriatric patients. The role includes direct patient supervision and indirect supervision of rehab technicians, with supervision of PT assistants as per Oklahoma rules.

The position requires an Oklahoma PT license or eligibility, and a DPT/BS/MS in PT. BLS certification must be current before caring for patients independently.

• Current Oklahoma Physical Therapy license or registry eligible.
• DPT, or BS/MS in Physical Therapy with eligibility for Oklahoma licensure.
• BLS certification required; current before independently treating patients.

• Perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment programs for adults and geriatric patients.
