Job summary

Mercy Health Center is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to perform assessments and create individualized programs for adults and seniors. Under supervision, you will supervise rehab technicians and PT assistants in line with Oklahoma Practice Act and Mercy standards.

Education includes an Oklahoma PT license and a DPT/MS/BS in PT; BLS is required. Six months to one year of preferred rehab experience. Mercy offers strong benefits including tuition support and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor/Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Current BLS certification, active before independent care.
• Six months to one year experience preferred in rehab for adults/geriatric.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and supervise rehab staff.
• Deliver care aligned with Mercy mission and standards.
