Mercy Health Center in Oklahoma is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist under the supervision of the Rehab Therapy supervisor. You will perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients while ensuring compliance with Mercy Service Standards.

The role requires an Oklahoma PT license or registry eligibility; DPT/Bachelor/Master as in the ad; BLS certification; six months to one year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma PT license or registry eligible.
• DPT/Bachelor or MS in Physical Therapy as listed.
• BLS certification required and current.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Supervise patients directly and rehabilitation technicians; oversee PT assistants per Oklahoma Act.
