Job summary

Mercy Health Center in Oklahoma seeks a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients, while supervising rehab technicians and PT assistants. This role reports to the Rehab Therapy supervisor and follows Mercy Service Standards.

Requirements include an Oklahoma PT license or registry eligibility, and a PT degree (BS/MS/DPT); BLS certification is required, with six months to one year

Qualifications

Current Oklahoma license to practice Physical Therapy.
Graduated from an accredited PT program (BS/MS/DPT).
BLS certification required.
Six months to one year of rehabilitation PT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans for adults and geriatric patients.
Provide direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians.
Supervise PT assistants in accordance with Oklahoma Practice Act.
Operate in alignment with Mercy mission, values and service standards.
