Mercy Health Center is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and design comprehensive, individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients. You will supervise patients directly and rehabilitation technicians indirectly, and supervise PT assistants in accordance with Oklahoma Practice Act.

adherence to Mercy mission and standards is essential. The role requires Oklahoma PT licensure or registry eligibility, and a degree in Physical Therapy

Competenze

• Current Oklahoma license of Physical Therapy or registry eligible.
• Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
• Licensure: Current Oklahoma license of Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification required; current before caring for patients independently.
• Six months to one year experience is preferred for Rehabilitation Physical Therapist.

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians.
• General supervision of PT assistants in accordance with Oklahoma Practice Act.
