Job summary

Advocate Health in Matthews, NC seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for full-time outpatient rehabilitation. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement care plans, supervise PTA and rehab tech staff, and coordinate with physicians to discharge planning.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, NC licensure, and BLS. Benefits include PTO, health/welfare options, and retirement plans; schedule is M-F 8:00-5:00 with flexibility and a $35.50–$53.25/hour pay range.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in the state of North Carolina or eligible for licensure in NC.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; BLS as per policy.
• Proven ability to develop and adjust patient care plans based on assessment results.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and select appropriate assessment techniques.
• Establish and work toward functional goals with ongoing plan of care.
• Document evaluations, tests, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff for scheduling and discharge planning.
• Supervise PTA and Rehab Tech/Aide as required for licensure.
