Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adheres to hospital standards and policies, promoting teamwork and quality of care.
• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and develops treatment plans with realistic goals.
• Maintains accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, discharge notes and ICD-10 codes.
• Ensures legible documentation and timely chart updates according to policy.
• Meets department productivity standards and adjusts schedules to patient needs.
• Participates in process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency of services.
• Provides training and shares clinical expertise with colleagues and students.
