Job summary

Advocate Health in Greensboro, NC seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for outpatient settings. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and document progress per policy.

The role requires NC licensure, a BS in Physical Therapy, CPR certification and active involvement in ongoing professional development. Supervisory duties for students may be included.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in North Carolina with current licensure.
• APTA membership encouraged but not required.
• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited physical therapy program required.
• CPR certification required every two years.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care assessment and treatment with comprehensive, goal-driven plans.
• Maintains accurate patient documentation: evaluations, progress notes, discharge notes.
• Meets department productivity and budget expectations; adjusts schedules as needed.
• Participates in process improvement to enhance quality and efficiency of services.
• Promotes professional development of staff and may conduct training sessions.
• Supervises PT students and PT assistant students during clinical rotations.
• Communicates professionally with patients, physicians, staff and external customers.
• Delivers patient care aligned with age/developmental guidelines.
