Responsibilities

• Provides direct therapy services to inpatients seven days a week.
• Evaluates patients and develops individualized care plans.
• Document evaluations, progress notes and outcomes.
• Communicates progress to physicians and care team; coordinates treatment.
• Supervises PTA and Rehab Tech/Aide as required.
