Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Full Time Outpatient Physical Therapist in Northampton, PA.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with physical impairments to maximize functional abilities and restore mobility. The role includes developing individualized treatment plans, delivering skilled interventions, educating patients and families, and ensuring quality care within the network.

Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree, Masters or Bachelor's degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• BLS certification from AHA required within 30 days of hire.
• Current Physical Therapist license in PA or NJ depending on work location.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive initial evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled interventions using appropriate techniques, modalities, and equipment.
• Collaborate with patients to set short- and long-term goals and educate families.
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust plans of care as needed.
• Supervise PTAs, students, and observers as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with network policies and safety standards.
