Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for outpatient care. You will evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, and educate families to promote optimal health.

Qualifications

• Doctoral/Masters/Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy or PT certificate.
• Current Physical Therapist license in PA or NJ (based on location).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or obtained within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive initial evaluations and develop treatment plans to improve movement and reduce pain.
• Provide skilled interventions using appropriate techniques and equipment.
• Collaborate with patients to set short- and long-term goals and educate families.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, PT/PTA students, and learners as assigned.
• Document progress, outcomes, and changes in the patient’s medical record; participate in QA activities.
• Assist in department programs and participate in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives.
