Management Performance Associates is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our clinic in Ithaca, NY. You will deliver high-quality rehabilitation in an orthopedic/outpatient setting, guiding patients through their full recovery with a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
• Must hold or be eligible for a valid Physical Therapist license in the state of hire.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent required from an accredited program.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication and collaboration with patients, families, and team members.
• Ability to perform typical PT duties and handle physical demands as described.

Responsibilities

• Conducting initial evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Administering therapeutic modalities and education to patients.
• Educating patients on exercise programs, posture, and injury prevention.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team for comprehensive care.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Documenting plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries per policy.
