Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join a clinic-based setting in Ithaca, NY. You will treat a diverse patient population across orthopedic and MSK conditions, conducting evaluations, developing personalized plans, and guiding patients through recovery.

Qualifications

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
• Must hold or be eligible for a valid Physical Therapist license in New York.
• DPT or equivalent from an accredited program is required.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapies including exercises, manual therapy, modalities (e.g., ultrasound, heat/ice, electrical stimulation).
• Educate patients on exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet goals.
• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment and infection control.
