Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our clinic in Ithaca, NY. You will provide high-quality rehabilitation care in an outpatient setting, working with a diverse patient population across orthopedic and neurologic conditions.

You will conduct initial evaluations, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal recovery outcomes while maintaining professional growth and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings is preferred.
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid Physical Therapist license in the state of hire.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions including exercises, manual therapy, modalities and patient education.
• Educate patients on exercise programs, posture, and injury prevention for long-term recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to meet rehabilitation goals.
• Document plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries per policy.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to infection control guidelines.
