Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers is required.
• Strong clinical evaluation and treatment planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Monitor outcomes and adjust plans; document progress and discharge.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and patients to ensure high-quality care.
