Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Doctorate in Physical Therapy to join the Outpatient Rehabilitation: Neuro department at 37537 Aurora West Allis Medical Center. Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday/Wednesday/Friday 7:00am–5:30pm preferred. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Licensure in the state is required with a BLS certification. Experience with LiteGait, Bioness, and Ekso Bionics is preferred. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, establishing and adjusting care plans, documenting

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state you work.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers within 90 days (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Interpret physician referrals and complete musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary evaluations.
• Establish a plan of care and implement individual treatment based on evaluation results and goals.
• Plan for and complete patient discharge including home programs and teaching.
• Complete all documentation per policy, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
