You will supervise technicians, coordinate staffing and training, and ensure accurate dispensing, delivery, and patient support across service lines while aligning with the hospital’s standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy is required; PharmD preferred.
• Experience in hospital outpatient pharmacy and specialty pharmacy is expected.
• Familiarity with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily operations for outpatient retail and specialty pharmacy teams.
• Oversees staffing, scheduling, training, and performance of staff.
• Collaborates with pharmacists and technicians to ensure high-quality dispensing.
• Provides operational oversight in absence of Pharmacy Manager.
• Monitors inventory, purchasing, and reconciliation with 340B coordination.
• Supports accreditation readiness and regulatory compliance programs.
• Acts as liaison between pharmacy leadership and hospital departments.
