Job summary

East Tennessee Children's Hospital in Knoxville is seeking an Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to oversee the outpatient specialty pharmacy, supervise staff, schedule and day-to-day operations, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will lead training, orientation, maintain competency materials, monitor service quality, support revenue cycle auditing, and help implement department goals while delivering safe patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• PharmD degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the outpatient pharmacy, including workflow and scheduling.
• Monitor quality of services and assure compliance with practice standards.
• Assist in revenue cycle auditing and department goal development.
• Orient and train new staff and maintain competency materials.
• Direct and supervise pharmacy staff and residents, interns, and technicians.
