Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with scheduling systems or electronic medical records.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Providing front desk coverage in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
• Scheduling appointments for internal and external referrals, including hospital and community providers.
• Managing high-volume multi-line phone systems with professionalism and urgency.
• Completing patient registration, verification, and documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Collecting payments for clinical services and assisting with billing-related inquiries.
• Coordinating interpreter services to support patient communication needs.
• Collaborating with clinical teams, schedulers, technologists, and referring offices to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Supporting a positive patient experience through clear communication and service excellence.
