Responsibilities

• Outpatient Operations: Serve as a key liaison between Nurse Managers, Service Lines, and admin leadership to coordinate daily clinical operations and patient flow.
• Optimize clinic space and scheduling for changes in volume, provider availability, and patient needs.
• Monitor sessional scheduling and space utilization; adjust schedules for add-ons, cancellations, and urgent changes.
• Represent Outpatient Operations in cross-functional groups for clinic expansion, renovations, and construction-related adjustments.
• Business Operations: Oversee timekeeping and attendance for clinical staff using Kronos; generate reports on lateness and trends.
• Process purchase orders and invoices for supplies; ensure timely procurement and accurate tracking.
• Perform staffing analyses and prepare documentation for new positions and PCFs; support workforce planning.
• Monitor compliance with performance appraisals and training; assist in annual budget planning.
• Support leadership in planning for new programs and moves to ensure operational readiness.
