Hospital for Special Surgery in New York is seeking an Assistant Manager, Clinical Services (RN) to provide onsite clinical guidance and coordinate nursing staff under the Manager, Clinical Services. Reporting to regional leadership, you will support physicians and nurses, ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality care.

The role combines clinical duties with leadership responsibilities, including staff onboarding, scheduling, cross-site coverage, and adherence to clinical standards.

Formación

• NY RN License & Registration is required.
• BSN degree is required.
• BLS certification through AHA is required.
• ANCC-board certification is required.
• Master's degree is required or currently enrolled.

Responsabilidades

• Support physician office visits and other clinical activities.
• Room patients, prepare for exams, review medical history, obtain data; assist with procedures (EKG, venipuncture, injections).
• Mentor nursing staff and coordinate with physicians as needed.
• Travel to neighboring site to cross cover during vacations and call outs.
