The role ensures smooth day-to-day clinic operations and supports initiatives from the Director of Outpatient Services, requiring proactive communication and independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of administrative and operational duties for the outpatient facility.
• Facilitate communication between the Director of Outpatient Services, clinic staff, and key management personnel.
• Support routine administrative projects and initiatives for the Director of Outpatient Services.
• Provide follow-up on assignments given to staff by the Director of Outpatient Services or facility leadership.
• Perform specialized and complex administrative work requiring independent judgment.
• Complete assignments accurately, in a timely manner, and within established procedural guidelines.
• Contribute to Performance Improvement initiatives as requested.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
