Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in-person and by phone with appointment coordination and admission documentation.
• Monitor clinician schedules, identify gaps, and rearrange appointments as needed.
• Review charts daily/weekly and prepare reports for the Director.
• Support non-clinical services to facilitate client care coordination.
