Outpatient Operations Coordinator (Full Time)

Outpatient Operations Coordinator JFK Behavioral Health Center: Philadelphia, PA (On-Site)

Position Overview

Assist clients in-person & by phone with appointment coordination, explaining care-access protocols. Daily monitoring and reporting on the status of clinical documentation, flagging missing, incomplete, expired, or otherwise deficient documents. Supports the Director of Outpatient & Admissions in monitoring service delivery and promoting adherence to agency policies, contractual requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.

• Professionally and courteously greet clients in person & by phone, schedule appointments and r eview client records required for admission .
• Monitor clinician schedules; identify gaps and rearrange appointments to accomodate emergencies
• Review scheduled client’s charts daily/weekly and extract data regarding caseloads & documentation; p repare a comprehensive report for the Director daily.
• Support non-clinical services to facilitate client care coordination.

Training & Experience

• 5-7 years’ experience in a role that provides direct patient and clinician support, coordinating scheduling; and evaluating & updating Electronic Health Records.
• BA/BS degree in healthcare or business administration, public health, or psychology, strongly preferred.
