Job summary

UPMC Hillman Cancer Center in Pittsburgh, PA is hiring a Regular Full-Time OP Nurse Coordinator I (RN) to support the Passavant outpatient Medical Oncology/Infusion office in McCandless. It offers a daylight schedule Monday through Friday and a $6,000 sign-on bonus.

As a Registered Nurse, you will coordinate patient care, communicate with patients and families, and collaborate with the oncology team to ensure high-quality outpatient services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years nursing experience.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for outpatient care planning and coordination with physicians.
• Provide care in a holistic, global view across patient care.
• Coordinate services with homecare and other support services.
• Mentor new nursing staff and supervise practice environment.
• Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
