Job summary

UPMC Hillman Cancer Center is seeking a Regular Full-Time Professional Staff Nurse, ONC (RN) to float among our Medical Oncology offices in Beaver, Moon/Sewickley, and Cranberry, PA. The role includes a $6,000 sign-on bonus and a daylight schedule Monday through Friday.

The RN will provide leadership, collaborate with physicians and care teams, and ensure high-quality cancer care across sites. A PA nursing license and oncology experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license valid in Pennsylvania.
• Oncology nursing experience preferred.
• Able to float between Beaver, Moon/Sewickley and Cranberry offices.
• Regular Full-Time position on Daylight schedule Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in quality improvement efforts; identify opportunities and contribute to patient satisfaction.
• Demonstrates accountability for professional development and participates in governance and team collaboration.
• Builds productive relationships with physicians, other providers, patients and families; maintains healthy work-life balance and safety.
• Provides teaching to patients and families about episodes of care and transitions; supports staff development and onboarding.
• Applies nursing process to deliver holistic care and communicates patient condition to team; ensures thorough documentation.
