Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Outpatient Neurologist for a full-time position in Mattoon, Illinois. The role focuses on outpatient care within an established clinic, with no mandatory hospital call and a flexible scope, including EEG/EMG options and optional inpatient exposure.

You will join a dedicated team and provide comprehensive assessments, with a strong emphasis on efficient EMR documentation and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited institution
• Successful completion of an accredited Neurology Residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
• Active, unrestricted Illinois state medical license (or immediate eligibility)
• Valid DEA registration
• Strong clinical judgment and a collaborative communication style optimized for a team-based clinic model

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive outpatient neurological evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Partner and collaborate with a two-physician + APP clinic team.
• Manage a predictable outpatient workflow with no mandatory hospital call responsibilities.
• Customize practice scope with EEGs and EMGs as desired.
• Optional inpatient coverage opportunities if clinically desired.
• Maintain thorough electronic medical records for all encounters.
