KingRecruitingServices is seeking an BC/BE Outpatient Neurologist for a full-time position in Mattoon, Illinois. The role is located in the main hospital building, focusing on outpatient care with a supportive clinic team and no mandatory hospital call.

The compensation is $475,000 per year, with upside production bonuses, sign-on and retention incentives, and a generous benefits package. Inpatient exposure is optional, and EEG/EMG options may be available based on interest.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Neurology Residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility to obtain.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Strong clinical judgment and team-based collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient neurological evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a two-physician + APP clinic team.
• Maintain outpatient workflow with no mandatory hospital call.
• Offer EEG readings and optional EMG readings based on interest.
• Attend to documentation and patient records.
