Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Neurology residency completed.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
• Active Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility to obtain.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative communication in a clinic model.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient neurological evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a two-physician and one APP clinic team.
• Maintain outpatient workflow with no mandatory hospital calls.
• Read EEGs or perform EMG reads if desired.
• Opportunity for optional inpatient coverage for acute care exposure.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records for all encounters.
