Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care during dialysis.
• Document nursing assessments and care plans in the medical record.
• Administer medications per physician orders or algorithms.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and supervise patient care staff as needed.
• Provide education to patients and families about treatment options.
