Fresenius Medical Care in Greenwood, MO, seeks an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP 1 track. The role provides coordinated, evidence-based care across the dialysis process, including assessment, plan updates, and patient education under supervision.

As part of the End Stage Kidney Disease care team, you will participate in ongoing quality improvement activities, maintain compliance with policies, and progress through CAP requirements while supporting safe, effective dialysis

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
• Must meet the practice requirements in the state in which employed.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and analyze patient data during pre-, during-, and post-dialysis.
• Coordinate care and document in patient record under supervision.
• Educate patients and families on learning needs and treatment.
• Deliver safe hemodialysis care and assist staff as needed.
• Administer medications per approved algorithms and document outcomes.
• Participate in emergencies and support team leadership as assigned.
• Ensure proper lab collection and handling as required.
