Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP1 track. You will coordinate and deliver dialysis-related care, document patient progress, and collaborate with the care team in an outpatient setting.

You will participate in education, comply with policies, and support quality improvement initiatives. Prior nephrology nursing experience is preferred but not required for CAP1 entry-level designation.

Qualifications

• RN entry level in CAP program with less than 2 years nephrology nursing experience.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; current state licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification is required; practice requirements per state.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Document in medical records and adjust treatment plan as needed.
• Educate patients and families; delegate tasks to competent care staff as appropriate.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Current state RN licensure

CPR/BLS certification
