SimonMed provides advanced outpatient imaging, including screening and diagnostic mammography with tomosynthesis. The technologist will ensure high-quality images, accurate positioning, and compassionate patient interactions in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

AR RT (M) and appropriate state license are required, with MQSA CEUs and strong documentation practices. The role emphasizes mentorship and adherence to high clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography including tomosynthesis per ACR/MQSA protocols.
• Positioning accuracy and optimal compression with ALARA principles.
• Accurate exposure parameter selection and thorough documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rooms ready in a busy outpatient environment and manage routine QA.
• Provide patient-centered care and explanations to reduce anxiety.
• Mentor students rotate through the department and uphold professional standards.
