Job summary

Acloché LLC is seeking a Physician specializing in Infectious Disease for our outpatient clinic in St. Augustine, Florida. This full-time role focuses on outpatient care with no nights or weekends, on-site.

Compensation ranges from $250,000 to $290,000 annually before productivity bonuses, plus a sign-on bonus, quarterly and retention bonuses, a 401K plan, comprehensive benefits, and potential relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Must have MD or DO with an active state medical license.
• Valid DEA registration and Furnishing license.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily in a supported environment.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and meet productivity standards.
• Collaborate with care team to support patient well-being.
• Oversee patient scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet productivity benchmarks.
• Complete documentation on the day of visit or within 72 hours with correct codes.
• Deliver primary care for chronic and acute conditions; HIV not sole focus.
• Supervise mid-level providers and provide on-call coverage as needed.
• Review tests and imaging promptly; manage prescriptions within 72 hours.
