Job summary

Your Talent Team in Arlington, TX seeks a Medical Director (Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Infectious Disease) to lead outpatient care at our wellness clinic. You’ll join a mission-driven team serving the local community and manage a high patient load with comprehensive benefits.

Requirements include MD/DO with board certification, active DEA and Furnishing licenses, and 14–18 daily patient visits. Expect no nights or weekends and a focus on long-term patient care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active medical license.
• DEA registration and Furnishing license required.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily in a supported environment.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and meet productivity standards.
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet productivity benchmarks.
• Document the visit the same day or within 72 hours with accurate E/M billing codes.
• Deliver primary care for chronic and acute conditions and HIV/STIs as needed.
• Supervise mid-level providers (PAs and NPs) and review charts.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
• Maintain 4 hours of protected administrative time weekly.
