Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions in Arlington, TX is hiring a Medical Director (Infectious Disease/Family Practice) for our outpatient clinic. You will provide clinical leadership, oversee quality of care, and guide the medical team to meet community needs.

This on-site, direct-hire role includes seeing 14–18 patients daily, ensuring timely documentation, and collaborating with PAs and NPs. A valid MD/DO license, DEA, furnishing license, and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active medical license.
• Valid DEA registration and Furnishing license.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14–18 patients daily in a supported environment.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical director oversight for outpatient Infectious Disease/Family Practice operations.
• Maintain productivity targets and ensure timely documentation with accurate E/M coding.
• Supervise mid-level providers (PAs and NPs) and coordinate care with the team.
• Oversee scheduling to minimize no-shows and meet productivity benchmarks.
• Handle after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
• Ensure comprehensive patient care and clear communication with patients and staff.
