Our Healthcare Center Wellness Clinic in Arlington, TX is seeking a Medical Director (Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Infectious Disease) to lead outpatient care. You will work with a staffed team to deliver high-quality care for chronic and acute conditions.

The role requires an MD/DO with active license, DEA & Furnishing license, and CPR/BLS certification. Expect 14–18 patient visits per day with a focus on productivity and quality, plus a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have MD or DO with an active, state-appropriate medical license.
• Must have valid DEA registration and Furnishing License.
• Outpatient primary care experience required.
• Ability to manage 14-18 patients daily in a supported environment.
• Must have CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care for chronic and acute conditions.
• Meet productivity standards and collaborate with care team.
• Complete documentation the same day or within 72 hours with proper E/M codes.
• Oversee scheduling, reduce no-shows, and monitor patient flow.
• Supervise mid-level providers and conduct chart reviews as required.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as assigned.
